Sd.Kfz. 234/3 - 1 x 7.5 cm K51 L/24 gun, with open-topped superstructure. 88 were built (Jun ~ Dec 1944)
Sd.Kfz. 234/4 - 1 x 7.5 cm PaK 40 L/46 gun in open-topped superstructure. 89 were built (Dec 1944 ~ Mar 1945)
